Advantages: good ageing resistance, long service life.

Note: the majority of manufacturers in order to reduce the cost, to road asphalt based, supplemented by the use of asphalt oxidation ratio, but prone to bubbles.

(3) modified asphalt features: split after sun exposure can be re adhesion, but easy to falling sand, used for waterproof coiled material, at present there are few domestic modified asphalt.

2, sand:

Sand comprises: (low temperature - acrylic paint dyeing, dyeing, high temperature sintering sand and natural sand)

(1) low temperature dyeing of acrylic coatings

Note: 350 yuan /T the pigment dyeing, 6-12 months all fade, display sand background (generally white background)

(2) high temperature sintering sand dyeing

High temperature sintering sand staining as follows:

1, domestic sintering sand, color retention of 2-3 years, 800-900 yuan /T, 90% domestic manufacturers to adopt.

2, from Jiangyin mining phosphorus sintering sand (French owned), 1400 yuan /T, a few manufacturers use waterproof materials, such as the Shanghai company's moon star, much of its application to slope works in the Shanghai plain. Owens Corning Korea factory tile is also used in Jiangyin producing sand burning.

(3) the natural colored sand

3, glass fiber mat

Glass fiber mat comprises: (composite tyre, polyester, glass fibre tyre)

2, polyester, GB is not recommended.

3, the glass fibre tyre, GB 90 grams / square above, generally 1.5 yuan / square; in case of equal thickness, glass fiber felt too much asphalt less.

4, packing

Main components: filler (calcium carbonate, lime)

1, calcium carbonate, including GCC and pcc. Using TSP (Codd tile can increase the weight, improve the wind resistance performance).

2, lime.

Note: some of the three stream manufacturers also used reclaimed rubber powder (quite automobile scrap tire), reclaimed rubber powder can influence of high-temperature resistance and low temperature index, 800-1000 yuan /T, the highest add 30%-40% also through the gb.

This powder disadvantages: greatly reduces the durability, affect the life, like milk with melamine.
